Dine at home just as you would in Michelin 3-star restaurant De Librije. Order now and get a box containing the 4-course menu, with signature dishes from De Librije, put together by chef Jonnie Boer and host/sommelier Thérèse Boer.

Due to enthusiastic response, we are no longer accepting orders for the 2018 holiday season.

We will be up and running in Autumn 2019, and will be pleased to take your order then!

FIRST COURSE

Raw marinated Arctic char with almondsherry and lovage.

SECOND COURSE

Monkfish with baked aubergine (eggplant), beurre blanc made from fermented bell pepper juice.

THIRD COURSE

Slow cooked lamb's neck stewed with smoked eel, seaweed and kohlrabi juice.

DESSERT

Deconstructed Apple pie
